Data license

1. Grant

While your subscription is active and paid, we grant you a non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use the files for your own internal business purposes, under the terms of service and acceptable use policy

2. Users

A subscription covers one company. Employees and contractors working for that company may use the files for its outreach. Affiliates and clients need their own subscription. Agencies and consultants serving several clients: write to [email protected]

3. You may

• Load files into your CRM, dialer or spreadsheet.
• Contact listed agencies for your own offers, lawfully.
• Keep records you have already contacted in your CRM after you cancel.

4. You may not

• Resell, sublicense, rent or give away the files or any substantial part of them.
• Publish them as a list, directory or database.
• Combine them into a product sold to third parties.
• Use them to build a competing service.
• Remove the record links or labels and present the compilation as your own.

5. After cancellation

Stop using uncontacted records from our files for new outreach within 30 days and delete bulk copies, except records already in your CRM from prior contact.

6. Public facts

Individual facts that states publish remain public. This license covers our compilation, verification, labels and format.

7. No warranty

Data is provided as described in the terms of service, without guarantee of completeness or accuracy.
